Simcha Watches is a brand operated by Calibre LLC (“Simcha Watches,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of this website and purchases from Simcha Watches. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and United States sales
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. We currently accept and ship orders only within the United States.
Products and product information
We sell new watches. We work to present accurate descriptions, photographs, dimensions, prices, and specifications, but colors and appearance may vary by screen and manufacturers may change specifications. Product images may be representative. Please review the exact reference and written specifications before ordering.
Availability and order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Your card is authorized at checkout and may show a temporary pending hold. We capture payment only after confirming availability and expected timing. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns. If a watch is unavailable, we will release the authorization or refund any captured payment.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. You authorize Calibre LLC, operating as Simcha Watches, and its payment providers to process the amounts shown for an accepted order.
Shipping
Delivery methods and estimates are shown at checkout or communicated after availability confirmation. Estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete, secure delivery address and cooperating with signature or identity-verification requirements. Please inspect the shipment promptly and contact us through the website if it arrives damaged or materially inconsistent with the order.
Final sale and cancellations
Because each watch is ordered for the customer, all sales are final and we do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to damaged, materially misdescribed, or legally nonconforming goods. An order may be cancelled before payment capture by contacting us, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once sourcing or fulfillment has begun.
Warranty
Each watch includes a valid manufacturer or brand warranty as stated on the product page or order documents. Coverage, duration, service procedure, and exclusions vary. Any manufacturer or third-party warranty is provided under its own terms. Keep all warranty materials and proof of purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Intellectual property
The Simcha Watches name, site design, original text, graphics, and other original site content belong to Calibre LLC or its licensors. Brand names and trademarks relating to watches belong to their respective owners. Reference to a brand does not by itself imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Calibre LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or a purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
